Now, with NASA's Artemis missions, we're taking another giant leap. As we aim to land the first woman and first person of color on the Moon, we're more excited than ever to share the wonders of space with kids everywhere!

The Artemis Adventure in Minecraft Education

Minecraft Education is a fun and interactive way for kids to learn important skills like teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. And now, with the addition of the Artemis missions, it's also a fantastic way to explore space, rockets, and the challenges of living on the Moon!

Artemis: Rocket Builds is the first mission in this thrilling space journey. In this adventure, kids will learn about building rockets and the science behind blasting off into space. As they work together and use their imaginations, they'll discover how amazing space exploration can be.

Shapescape developed an entirely new game loop for Minecraft as students are tasked with balancing the rocket equation while designing their rocket. They can put their design through a computer simulation to determine how successful their design will be. We believe that gamified learning is best when kids get to customise their experience and express their identities through their creations. Kids have the opportunity to redesign and paint their rocket to make it uniquely theirs. The kids can then watch their design get launched into virtual space through an epic cinematic ignition sequence.

Artemis: Rocket Builds is a one-of-a-kind experience that combines fun, learning, and a love for space. Kids will develop essential life skills and explore the excitement of space exploration in a way that's engaging and entertaining.
