The Challenge
Our challenge was to take issues like coral bleaching, invasive species, and coastal erosion—normally abstract or overwhelming—and translate them into an experience that inspires curiosity rather than despair. We needed a balance between scientific accuracy and playful storytelling to spark empathy and agency.
Our Strategy
Instead of teaching conservation as theory, Ocean Heroes makes students part of the solution. They restore reefs, replant mangroves, and rebalance ecosystems while seeing their actions shape the world around them. Released at the United Nations Ocean Conference and made freely available, the project turns education into empowerment on a global stage.
